The Challenge
The client was juggling multi-market sales without a unified system holding it together. Their old platform would buckle under holiday traffic, offered no real RTL support for Arabic users, and pushed customers through a checkout process so complex it was actively costing them sales.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the platform on Next.js with Sanity CMS powering flexible product management. Fawry and Paymob integrations handled regional payments natively. An advanced faceted search engine with real-time inventory sync gave shoppers the control they expected. And the RTL Arabic layout was not an afterthought — it was built first, so Arabic users get an experience that feels completely at home.
